Every agent submits photos of the entrance, the register/checkout area, a featured product on display, and the bathroom (or service area for non-retail). Each photo carries GPS coordinates and a device-side time stamp.
A consistent rubric across greeting, upsell, cleanliness, wait time, accuracy, and brand standards. Scores let you compare visits week to week, not just read someone’s opinion.
A plain-English account of what the agent saw, said, and heard — enough detail that you can picture the visit, not so much that you’re reading a novel.
After the agent submits, an Undercover Shopper operator reviews the report, flags the two or three things worth acting on, and adds context based on what we’ve seen at similar businesses.
