Questions you asked us to check
You flagged these when you booked. Here’s exactly what the shopper found.
- How quickly staff acknowledged you
Walked in at 8:12am on a busy Wednesday. A barista mid-pour looked up within about five seconds and said “Morning! I’ll be right with you.” I was actually taking my order about 40 seconds later — the acknowledgement was instant even though they were slammed.
- Drink / food quality
Ordered a large oat-milk latte and an almond croissant. The latte had clean latte art, was hot but drinkable straight away, and the croissant was warm and flaky — clearly baked in-house. When I ordered just the latte, the cashier asked “want a pastry to go with that? the almond croissants are fresh out” — exactly the upsell you retrained on.
- Your note: “We just retrained the morning team on greeting speed and on suggesting a pastry with every coffee — did it actually stick during the weekday rush?”

Inside your report
What you actually get back, in detail.
Most mystery-shopping reports are a checklist and a paragraph. Ours are built so an operator can read them in five minutes and know exactly what to do next.
Every agent submits photos of the entrance, the register/checkout area, a featured product on display, and the bathroom (or service area for non-retail). Each photo carries GPS coordinates and a device-side time stamp.
A consistent rubric across greeting, upsell, cleanliness, wait time, accuracy, and brand standards. Scores let you compare visits week to week, not just read someone’s opinion.
A plain-English account of what the agent saw, said, and heard. Enough detail that you can picture the visit, not so much that you’re reading a novel.
After the agent submits, an Undercover Shopper operator reviews the report, flags the two or three things worth acting on, and adds context based on what we’ve seen at similar businesses.
Specific, ranked recommendations, not "improve service." Things like "your 2pm shift needs a refresher on the new pastry promo" or "the door handle is sticky, customers noticed."
Before any report reaches you, we verify the agent was physically at your location by matching the GPS coordinates of the photos against your business address. No verification, no delivery.
Stop guessing. Start watching.
