- You book online, tell us the location and what to focus on (for example wine upsells or wait times), and we assign a vetted local diner. They visit anonymously, order like a normal guest, and submit a photo-backed report scoring service, food, speed, and cleanliness.
- Will the server know they are being mystery shopped?
- No. We only assign shoppers with no connection to your restaurant, and they behave exactly like a paying guest — order, eat, pay, and leave — so what you get back reflects a normal service, not a performance.
- Can the shopper check something specific, like a wine pairing or allergy handling?
- Yes. At booking you choose up to five specific things the shopper should pay extra attention to, on top of the standard service, food, speed, and cleanliness checks. Those answers come back as their own highlighted section in the report.
