Things operators ask before they book.

How is this different from the mystery-shopping service I tried before?
Two things: AI-screened reports and operator review. Most providers send you whatever the shopper wrote. We screen narratives for templated or generic language, kick back anything that fails, and add an operator note that flags the two or three things worth acting on. The result reads like notes from a colleague, not a checklist.
How do I know the agent actually went?
Every report ships with four required photos — entrance/exterior, register, a product on display, and bathroom or service area — each carrying GPS coordinates and a device-side time stamp. We match the photo GPS against your business address before the report is delivered. No verification, no report.
Can I tell the agent specifically what to look for?
Yes. At booking you pick an evaluation focus (service, cleanliness, upsell, brand standards) or supply your own — the agent gets your custom rubric and the report comes back structured against it.
How fast is the report?
The SLA is 72 hours from the time the agent submits, but most reports come back same-day or next-day. Custom or multi-visit missions (Triple Tap, Full Recon) take longer end-to-end because the visits are spread across the booking window.
Is there a contract?
Not on one-time missions. Pay per shop, no auto-renew. Annual monitoring plans are billed once for the year so you can budget the whole engagement up front — still no auto-renew at the end of the term.
What if I don’t like the report?
Tell us. If the report misses your stated focus or fails QA on a visible problem (no photos, wrong location, generic narrative), we re-run the visit at no charge or refund the mission — your call.
