A salon client judges you on the whole appointment, not only the result. Every report covers the welcome, the service, cleanliness including the washroom, and paying and leaving. - Who pays for the service?
- You do, through a spending budget. When you book, say that a purchase is required, write the service the shopper should book and set a budget that covers it. The shopper is reimbursed what they spend, up to that budget, and anything unspent is refunded to you after the report is delivered.
- Can the shopper book a specific service, like a cut and colour?
- Yes. Write the service in what the shopper should buy when you book, and set a spending budget that covers it. The shopper books it within your visit window.
- How much does a salon mystery shop cost?
- At standard prices, a single visit is $149, three visits are $399.99 and six visits are $719, plus tax. The service itself comes from the spending budget you set.
