A cafe lives on the few minutes between the door and the first sip. Our shoppers walk in as regulars, order, time the wait, and report on how they were greeted, whether the drink matched what they asked for, how it tasted and looked, and how clean the tables, floors and washroom were. You get a scored report with photos of the storefront, what they ordered, the interior and the receipt.

- How does coffee shop mystery shopping work?
- You book online, choose what to focus on (for example speed at the morning rush or upselling), and we assign a vetted local shopper. They visit anonymously, order like a regular, and send a scored report with photos of the storefront, their order, the interior and the receipt.
- Does the shopper buy something?
- Usually, yes: a cafe visit is about the order. You set a spending budget at booking and say what to buy. The shopper is reimbursed what they spend, up to that budget, and any unused amount is refunded to you after the report is delivered.
- Can you check our busiest hours?
- Yes. Pick the date when you book, and write the time you want in the box for anything else worth flagging, for example the weekday morning rush. The report records how busy it was and how long the order took.
- How much does a cafe mystery shop cost?
- At standard prices, a single visit is $149, three visits are $399.99 and six visits are $719, plus tax. What the shopper buys comes from the spending budget you set, and anything unspent is refunded.
