A brand is only as consistent as its weakest location. Book several visits at once and give each one its own address. Every visit is reported on the same form for your industry, with the focus checks you choose, and a different shopper takes each visit by default, so one person’s habits do not colour the comparison.

- How does franchise mystery shopping work?
- Book 3 Mystery Shops or a Complete Review, untick the box to use the same location for all visits, and enter an address for each location. We assign local shoppers. With a different shopper per visit, the default, every visit comes back as its own scored report with photos.
- Can each location be visited by a different shopper?
- Yes, and that is the default for a booking with several visits, with a report for each. You can switch it off if you would rather one shopper visit every location; you then get a single report covering every visit.
- Can you check our own brand standards?
- Yes. Pick up to five focus checks when you book, and write any other standard in the “Anything else worth flagging?” box. They apply to every visit in the booking, so each location is checked against the same list.
- How much does it cost to shop several locations?
- At standard prices, three visits are $399.99 and six visits are $719, plus tax, and each visit can be at a different location. For more locations than that, or recurring visits, request a custom quote.
- Do you cover locations across Canada?
- Yes. We have vetted local shoppers in cities across Canada. For a custom quote, we check shopper coverage for each location before you commit.
